4. Booking and Acceptance

5. Delivery and Liability
- We guarantee same-day delivery for accepted jobs within the agreed timeframes. - Real-time tracking is provided; however, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions. - Crowfly Express is not liable for: - Delays caused by factors beyond our control. - Loss or damage to improperly packed items. - Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is calculated based on delivery requirements and locations. - Payment must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. - Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
- Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup for a full refund. - Refunds are not applicable for same-day cancellations or after pickup.
